Yesterday, September 12 2008, mommy and daddy took me to Mousie's Long Branch Orchard located in Ararat, VA. Even though both of them still not feeling well and daddy just had a long day at the airport the day before, the want to joint Boro-Boro Arisan families for apple picking Tripp.
First we went to Tante Ivonne house in Jamestown, NC. Then we drove together to the orchard. We pass Mayberry, the home for Andy Griffith show and Aunt's Bee caffe. Mommy and daddy gigling when they realize where we are.
This is the first time I have a chance to pick the apple from the tree. Although, I fall, tumble, roll, and cover with mud from head to toe, I still keep on going. You can see from the picture how much fun I have.
Since I am still a little boy, uncle Dewen, tante Yola, Evan, and daddy help me to pick the apple.
I pick a big bag of red and yellow apples.
Well, I am taking a break now with Matthew. We are chillin under apples tree.
The mommies and oma also chillin and taking a pictures.
And then mommy pay the apple for us, it only cost us $2 for a whole bag of it. Mommy also find Cayenne pepper there, only $1 a pound. She bought all of the them because she is so happy with it.
After that we have a picnic at the park by the mountain. Tante Yola makes a yummy fried noddle that I like. Then all of us play and play and play.
By the end of the day I am so tired and cranky but I still fight daddy when he want to put me in my car seat. I fall a sleep almost 2 hours on the way back to Raleigh.
What a great time. I am so happpppyyyyy
